1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the phlvip platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you, the user, and phlvip as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately stop using the platform and refrain from creating or maintaining an account. Your continued use of phlvip after any published update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We encourage all users to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect their rights or obligations.
These terms apply to all forms of platform access, including but not limited to browsing via mobile browser, accessing account features, placing bets, participating in promotions, and contacting support. Acceptance is not conditional on active gameplay — simply accessing the platform implies agreement with these terms.
2. Eligibility & Age Limit
The phlvip platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of their location within the Philippines. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. phlvip reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended and any balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
In addition to the age requirement, you must be a natural person — corporate registrations are not permitted. You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of phlvip and its affiliated service providers are also ineligible to hold active player accounts. If any of these conditions apply to you, you are not permitted to use the platform.
3. Account Creation & Security
Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active account on phlvip. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any remaining balance.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account will be treated as authorised activity, regardless of whether you personally carried it out. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify phlvip immediately. phlvip will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
4. User Obligations & Responsibilities
As a registered user of phlvip, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions, all applicable Philippine laws, and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions. You must not use the platform to engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, collusion, match fixing, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or other users. You agree not to use automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the platform in ways not intended by its design. Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension and referral to the appropriate authorities.
You are responsible for any content or information you submit to phlvip, including support queries, verification documents, and account details. You must not submit offensive, defamatory, or misleading content through any channel. phlvip expects all users to engage respectfully with platform resources and support services. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or abuse bonus systems will be considered a serious breach of these terms and dealt with accordingly.
5. Platform Usage Rules
The phlvip platform is provided for personal entertainment use only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of any platform content, odds, data, or functionality is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of phlvip. All game outcomes on the platform are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of real-time game events. No user action, strategy, or system can influence or predict the outcome of any game, and phlvip makes no representations to the contrary. Users are reminded that all forms of online gaming carry an inherent risk of financial loss.
You may access the platform through a supported mobile browser or compatible device. phlvip does not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, or temporary suspensions of service at any time. During periods of planned maintenance, phlvip will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible. Any bets placed or transactions initiated during a system outage may be void or delayed, and phlvip's decision regarding such cases shall be final. Users must not attempt to circumvent access restrictions or exploit maintenance windows for any purpose.
6. Payments & Transactions (Philippine Peso)
All financial transactions on phlvip are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through established local payment channels available in the Philippines. The minimum and maximum transaction amounts for deposits and withdrawals are set by the platform and may be updated from time to time — current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of each transaction. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you submit are accurate and that the payment method belongs to you. phlvip will not process transactions made using payment accounts registered in someone else's name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures and may require identity confirmation before funds are released. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used, and phlvip does not guarantee same-day processing in all cases. Any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your sole responsibility. phlvip reserves the right to reverse or withhold transactions where fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms is suspected. Funds held in your phlvip account do not earn interest and may not be transferred between accounts.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phlvip and its directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from gameplay outcomes, technical malfunctions, unauthorised account access, or service interruptions. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and phlvip makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. Your use of phlvip is entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection legislation or other applicable regulations. 8. Account Suspension & Closure
phlvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its discretion if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or any conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform or the experience of other users. In cases where account closure is the result of confirmed fraud or deliberate misconduct, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, phlvip will endeavour to resolve the matter in a timely manner and communicate the outcome to the affected user.
You may also request voluntary closure of your own account at any time by contacting phlvip support. Upon account closure, any outstanding balance that is not subject to a hold or investigation will be processed for withdrawal to the payment method on file, subject to standard verification procedures. Accounts that have been voluntarily closed may be reopened at the user's request, provided that the user continues to meet all eligibility requirements. Accounts closed due to policy violations will not be reinstated. All data retention following account closure is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the phlvip platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of phlvip or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over platform content.
You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform or its content without the express written permission of phlvip. Unauthorised use of phlvip's intellectual property, including the brand name, logo, or any game assets, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Links to third-party content or services that may appear on the platform do not constitute endorsement by phlvip, and phlvip accepts no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party websites or providers that may be referenced.
10. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
phlvip reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of your obligations. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the updated terms, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the platform and request account closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of phlvip that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
